Are KEEN sandals and boots waterproof?
Many of our styles feature the KEEN.DRY waterproof, breathable membrane. Products labeled as 'Waterproof' are designed to keep your feet dry in wet conditions, while 'Water Resistant' styles are treated to repel water but are not fully submersible.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on all orders placed on our website within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
How should I clean and maintain my KEEN footwear?
For leather models, use a common leather cleaner. For waterproof mesh or nylon, we recommend hand washing with cold water and mild soap, then air drying away from direct heat or sunlight.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, KEEN offers a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This covers issues with materials and workmanship but does not include normal wear and tear.
