We want you to be fully satisfied with your KEEN gear, which is why we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system to ensure your return shipping is covered.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoebox, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with the prepaid label firmly attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS driver or drop it off at a UPS Access Point location; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
